1. Pre-Production: Strict Material Selection & Preparation

Quality begins with raw materials. Before production starts, we implement strict screening and inspection of all raw materials to eliminate potential quality risks from the sourcethis is the foundation of our motor reliability.

- Material Sourcing & Inspection: We cooperate with well-known global suppliers to purchase high-quality raw materials, including high-grade copper windings, premium silicon steel sheets, F-class insulation materials, and durable bearings. Each batch of materials undergoes professional testing. Only materials that meet our strict standards are allowed to enter the production line.

- Material Preparation: After passing inspection, raw materials are processed into semi-finished products according to production requirements. For example, silicon steel sheets are punched and stacked to form motor stators and rotors; copper windings are cut and shaped to match different motor specifications. We use automated cutting and forming equipment to ensure consistency and precision of semi-finished products.



2. Production Process: Automated & Standardized Operations

Our factory adopts a combination of automated production equipment and standardized manual operations, balancing efficiency and precision. Every link of the production process is strictly implemented in accordance with international standards, ensuring stable product quality.

Step 1: Stator & Rotor Manufacturing

The stator and rotor are the core components of three-phase induction motors, directly affecting motor efficiency and service life. We use automated stator winding machines to wind copper wires evenly around the stator core, ensuring consistent winding density and reducing energy loss. For rotors, we adopt high-precision die-casting technology to ensure the integrity of the rotor structure and avoid defects such as air bubbles. After manufacturing, each stator and rotor undergoes dimensional inspection and magnetic performance testing.

Step 2: Motor Assembly

Motor assembly is a key link requiring high precision. Our assembly line is equipped with professional tools and testing equipment, and all assemblers are trained and certified. The assembly process includes: installing bearings, stator and rotor assembly, wiring, and housing installation. We strictly follow assembly procedures to ensure that each component is installed correctly and tightly—avoiding noise, vibration, or poor contact caused by improper assembly.

Step 3: Painting & Surface Treatment

To enhance the corrosion resistance and service life of motors, especially for those used in humid or corrosive environments (such as food processing, marine industries), we conduct strict surface treatment. Motors are first degreased and derusted, then sprayed with high-quality anti-corrosion paint. The painting process adopts electrostatic spraying technology, ensuring uniform paint film, strong adhesion, and resistance to wear and corrosion. After painting, motors are dried in a professional drying room to ensure the paint film is firm and durable.



3. Quality Control: Rigorous Inspection at Every Step

Quality control runs through the entire production process at LISU MOTOR. We have a professional quality inspection team and advanced testing equipment to ensure that every motor meets quality standards.

In-Process Inspection

During the production process, inspectors conduct random checks and full inspections at key links. For example, after stator winding, they test the insulation resistance and winding resistance; after assembly, they check the rotation flexibility of the motor shaft and the tightness of components. Any unqualified semi-finished products are immediately marked and reworked or scrapped, ensuring they do not enter the next process.

Final Inspection: Comprehensive Performance Testing

After the motor is fully assembled, it undergoes a comprehensive performance test in our professional testing laboratory. The key tests include:

- Performance Test: Test motor power, efficiency, power factor, and speed to ensure they meet design specifications. We use precision testing instruments to measure data accurately, ensuring the motor operates efficiently and stably.

- Insulation Test: Test the insulation performance of the motor under high voltage to avoid short circuits or leakage caused by poor insulation.

- Noise & Vibration Test: Measure motor noise and vibration during operation to ensure they meet industry standards—especially important for motors used in precision equipment or quiet environments.

- Continuous Operation Test: Conduct 24-hour continuous operation tests on randomly selected motors to verify their durability and stability in long-term use. Only motors that pass all tests are allowed to be packaged and delivered.

Packaging & Delivery Inspection

Before delivery, we conduct a final inspection of the motor packaging. Motors are packaged with shock-proof and moisture-proof materials to avoid damage during transportation. We also check the product label, specification parameters, and accompanying documents (such as test reports, installation instructions) to ensure they are complete and accurate.
